I am responsible for our clients in the Retail & Manufacturing industry in Finland.

We just published an AI-report based on 3000+ business leaders and IT executives around the world that shows strong differences among industries on their AI readiness of organizations and people. The research shows that retail and manufacturing sectors are among the top four industries most ready for AI, manufacturing 51% and retail by 50%. Energy, retail and nonprofit employees show the strongest indication to make an accelerated leap to an AI-first operating model, outpacing other sectors. Comparatively, utilities and healthcare employees feel the least rushed to make this shift. 

Almost all (92%) believe their organization needs to shift to an AI-first operating model within the next 12 months to stay competitive and meet customer expectations.
